Their fried wontons are great, dumplings are great. Love the orange chicken and also the sesame bean curd. ”
“ When we moved from Flushing Queens for the second time, we were stressed trying to find a decent basic Chinese restaurant. Saw this and gave it a try. Reminds me of the restaurants back in the 80's and 90's. I don't get fancy here. They are also cheap. When they had to close because of Con Ed they kept us informed. And yes the first time we moved from Flushing we just kept going BACK to get Chinese food. That trip can get tedious. And also our spot which was in business for over 20 years, Jade Fountain, closed so needed an alternative. Favorite thing to order is steamed chicken with vegetables and add jumbo shrimp garlic sauce on the side in addition to chicken fried rice add vegetables. Long story short husband and I remember Chinese restaurants in the 80's and 90's in Flushing adding veg to fried rice. Don't know why anyone stopped. So we ask specifically to add veg. Usually we get carrots, peas and bean sprouts. Li's adds chopped broccoli as well. Yay!! Tip: cash only. ”
